By accessing or using the website and services at cvify.co (“CVify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CVify provides an AI-powered CV/resume analysis and optimization platform. We offer tools to analyze your CV for ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility, generate optimization suggestions, and export your CV in various formats. Features and limits may vary by subscription plan.

3. Account and Eligibility

You may sign in via Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using CVify, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CVify to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the right to use. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, abuse our APIs, or use the service in a way that could harm the service or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the CVs and data you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data or CV content. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

Our service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific job outcomes, ATS pass rates, or accuracy of AI-generated suggestions. Analysis and optimization are for informational and improvement purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros, whichever is less.

8. Subscription and Payments

Free and paid plans may apply. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you choose. You may cancel in accordance with the plan terms. Refunds are subject to our refund policy as stated at the time of purchase.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases; we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
